Troubleshooting down to the last detail
It is the nature of things - No matter how good the specification, design, programming and testing are, the integrated system generally will still contain errors. However, no one can afford errors in large-scale automotive production.

That is why we identify errors in integrated systems through systematic tests so that we can correct them early on. Our test specifications are well-known for their accuracy and the complete testing of the object under examination.

On the basis of our know-how in testing we support our customers in the role of test manager. The latter implements efficient test planning and monitors its implementation.

Certified testers
F+S development engineers are experts in their field. Many of our development engineers are certified ISTQB® testers. This ensures competent testing that is alway in compliance with the current international requirements.

  • Example project: Support of yaw rate sensors

    We support a customer in the development of a new generation of yaw rate sensors. The system must fulfill high safety requirements – an incorrect yaw rate signal could have safety-related consequences. The system therefore consists of two controllers that mutually monitor each other. In this project F+S participates in important testing tasks, including:

    • the execution of comprehensive implementation tests with a test tool
    • and the creation of a test system for testing of the communication between the two controllers
