Automotive Embedded Software

Your responsibilities:

As a consultant at F+S you support our customers in projects in the area of safety / security engineering and management (e.g. according to ISO 26262). As a coach, you support all project participants, drive the improvement of development processes and constantly strive for quality assurance and improvement. In doing so, you apply various maturity models (e.g. SPICE, CMMI).

What we expect of you:

  • Profound technical competence
  • Enthusiasm and enjoyment in becoming acquainted with new topic areas
  • A passion for software quality
  • An affinity for software engineering, ideally in embedded software applications
  • Well-founded skills in the area of agile software development and the underlying processes
  • Experience in successful project management as well as extensive knowledge of both classic and agile project management methods
  • A well-developed sense of customer orientation and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
